2 minutes to small town General Store and 10 minutes to Bobcaygeon or Lindsay for supplies, shopping around and fine dining.

Three bedrooms feature:
Master bedroom has King size solid latex bed for your ultimate comfort, dresser and a large closet.
2nd bedroom has Queen size bed and a dresser.
3rd bedroom has bunk beds with double on bottom and single on top and a dresser.

Note: Bedding not included. Don't have King bedding? Bottom King fitted sheet provided at your request. Your Queen tops will work.


Kitchen features:
Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pop corn maker, cuisinart food processor, pots, pans and all cutlery.

Modern four piece bathroom.

Peace, tranquillity, spectacular view from all 3 levels of decks. Barbecue and gas included. Satellite TV, DVD, VCR and Stereos included. Lots of card and board games. Large wrap around deck at cottage, eat in, eat out, patio furnished. Boat house features dry bar, cooler, water toys, 12' aluminum boat with oars included, bring your own motor if you'd like. Dive off the end of the dock. Dock side toddlers pool and playpen.

One of the Best Swimming Spots!
We hear all the time from guests that swimming at the cottage was one of the best spots ever. Sturgeon Lake is one of the largest lakes in the Kawarthas, that runs from Lindsay to Fenelon Falls and from Lindsay to Bobcaygeon. From the shore line directly across to the left you can see Sturgeon Point.

Golfers!
Directly across the lake is Sturgeon Point Golf Club, where the air is sweet and the greens lush! This course features 9 holes as well as a driving range and a putting range.

You can also golf at Oliver's Nest, Golf & Country Club near Bobcaygeon. An 18 hole course on the lake.

$1,050.00 per week.
Based on 2 adults and children.

Bookings require ½ down at the time of booking. Other ½ and a $300.00 security deposit required by posted cheque dated 1 week prior to arrival day. Security deposit refunded within 1 week of departure day.
